Services We Provide for Volunteers
Basic Literacy
English-speaking students are matched one-on-one with
a certified, volunteer tutor to assist in improving their
reading, writing, math and basic life skills.
English as a Second Language (ESL)
Students who wish to learn English as a second language
are matched with a tutor to learn how to read, write and
speak English.
Health Literacy
Workshops are available to provide a better understanding of basic
health information and services needed to make appropriate
health decisions.
Dyslexia Training
Extensive training is available to gain a better understanding of learning difficulties, specifically Dyslexia. Become trained in the Barton Reading System.
